    First order: your first order (one-time or subscription) is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@renewedhealthco.com within 30 days of delivery.

    Subscription renewals and future orders: after your first order, refunds are not automatically issued for subscription renewals. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, you must:

    • Cancel your subscription through logging into your account or
    • Email us at support@renewedhealthco.com at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal.

    Returns after an order has shipped: if a subscription order has already shipped and you wish to return it:

    • Products must be unopened and sealed when they are sent back to us
    • A 50% restocking fee will be deducted to cover return shipping and handling
    • Email us at support@renewedhealthco.com to receive the return label

    Please note that refunds for returned products are issued only after the unopened product is received and inspected. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
