Banana Vanilla Smoothie Bowl with Collagen Peptides (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of gluten free rolled oats
  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  • ⅓ cup of vanilla or coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop of Renewed Health’s Collagen
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 frozen bananas - sliced up
  • 1 cup of ice cubes or more frozen bananas 
  • Optional toppings: gf granola, berries, chia seeds, almond butter, honey, coconut flakes, etc. 

Instructions:

  1. Add the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, collagen, and vanilla extract to a blender. Let it sit in the blender to soak for about 10 minutes. 
  2. Add the frozen bananas and ice cubes and blend until smooth. You will need to take breaks and stir in between. It will be thick but continue to blend until it softens up. 
  3. Scoop into a bowl, place your toppings of choice on top and enjoy!
