Ingredients:

Blueberry Spring Salad

  • 1- 5 oz package spring mix lettuce
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup of chopped red onion
  • ½ cup of sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup of feta cheese or goat cheese

Honey Almond Collagen Dressing

  • ¼ cup of raw almonds
  • ⅛ cup of olive oil
  • ⅛ cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 scoops of Renewed Health Collagen
  • 2 tbsp of honey maple syrup (or 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp maple syrup)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ tsp of kosher salt

Instructions:

Blueberry Spring Salad

  1. Place all ingredients except for the cheese in a large bowl and mix together. Once combined, sprinkle the cheese on top.

Honey Almond Collagen Dressing

  1. Combine almonds, oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, collagen and salt and blend in a blender until creamy.
  2. Drizzle over the salad, serve and enjoy!
