  • ½ cup of gluten free old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • ¼ cup of coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop of Renewed Health’s collagen
  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract 
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, berries, honey, gf granola


  1. Blend together the coconut milk, yogurt, matcha powder and collagen. Once blended, add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. 
  2. Refrigerate overnight 
  3. Add any desired toppings the next morning and enjoy!
