Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 6 tbsp. of organic peanut butter (almond butter for peanut allergy alternative)
- 10 oz. dark chocolate chip bag
- 1 tsp. of coconut oil
- 1 scoop of Renewed Health’s Collagen
- Optional: sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice both bananas into ¼ inch slices. Take some peanut butter and put it on half of the slices. Take the other slices and place them on top to make little sandwiches.
- Place them in the freezer for about 15 minutes until firm.
- Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave them in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until melted. Once melted, put collagen in and combine.
- Dip each banana sandwich into the chocolate using a fork, then place back on the baking sheet. If using sea salt, add on top now.
- Place the bananas back in the freezer for about 2 hours until firm. Once firm, you can enjoy them!
- Store them in the freezer in an airtight container.
